My story and the importance of Self Talk

ABOUT THIS EPISODE

Do you know how many thoughts you have a day?

In this episode I share my story in English for the first time in this podcast, and I talk about the importance of the way we speak to ourselves and the impact of Self Talk in how we act, look, talk, and think, most importantly I talk on how to change our self talk.

Welcome to a CICLEAITHE L potcast today,I'm going to be talking about my story and the power of softalk. So my storyfor those of Youtat don't know me. That is the first time listening to me, youmay want to know who I am so here we go: Hi Iam Louis Martines, I'm a Dominicanfrom Perto Rico. Now I don't know if you like traveling, but I love it afteryou sold. I moved to the Iceland and took my family with me. My firstbusiness was in the fourth grade when they started selling pencils at school. ANYBODY REMEMBER BEING EIGHTEEN! Well, when I was iteen, I went to signup for the Marine corpse and the doctors ad maps rejected me.College was an option. I had no path, I felt hopeless and then my dad dies. Forty six dayslater, so I've been rejected for Morines mydad dies and now the men of the house, any future I had of booing stuff on myown was gone cause. I knew I had to take care of mymom. It was at this moment when a friend gotme into personal debuliment, and I started building myself in this lastyear. I've done more for my family and others than I thought possible. I feulof community of flag minded individuals where I gain inspired, adding Baly toothers and myself now, every single day I get to be better than the meal ofyesterday and I get to be of service to people all around the world. I'm Lois Martinas, and this is my storyso now that you know me, we can go into soft talk and why it's so important soft talk is the number one reason...

...why people fail. You're listening to yourselve atseventy thousand thoughts, a dayhow long. Are you thoughts, one billions of connections? Did you know to move your fingers toput this Pot Casson? So you believed it while you were there, it's what happened when you left. Thisis sof talk, you're talking to yourself every single day, every single moment, you're talking to yourself right now, bease our brain doesn't go to sleep, no listen for the failure and solp itbefore anybody mentions it. It's like when someone fights in the room- and it was you, you unthestench to be gone, and you don't want nobody Tok to be aware that it's folcing stinks right. So soft tack is something likethat you ought to take care of it before ithappens, because here's to think at seventee thousand thoughts a day guesswhat percentage of your thoughts are negative. Seventy seven percent of our softtalkis against us. That's a lot. So what what's left of passitive softop? What's left of you selling yourself you're enough you're worth it? How many times a day? Do you tellyourself? I love you,...

I'm going to do it right now, ICSHUALLY!Do it with me, open up your arms and hop yourself andsay I love you. I love Oumi. I love you so much. I loveyou we're having seventy thousand thoughtsa day and they're bad therre. Doubt They'r worries theirfears. We have to contrarest. That is that theword I'm sorry jol upon you, PN Spanglish, brow right. So you must become emotionally aware ofwhere you are now. Why? Because you got to listen to yourself and emotionally because we're emotionalbeings, you got to see how you're talking toyourself right now. What are you saying about yourself atthis moment? What do you think about yourself? What's your opinion on you, everything is about how you want tofeel what words are you using wher you'retalking to yourself, so softtall can get triggered by a lot ofthings, a smell, a sound music, a person softtalk can get suggared by byanything 'cause. It's always happening. It's always on your subconscious. F ofthe back of your mind, it's so which happening! No, you may you may try and say yourself,Ayem Enog, I'm rich IAM aband, I'm successful, but are you really are you abundant? Are you successful? Are you enough? Are you pretty? That's...

...that's what your subcoscious is doing when you tellng yourself. I am enough.I am successful. Self Tak doesn't work on yourself it's there, but it will work if you try to changeit. Why? Because of your subconscious, because whenever you say I'm rich, I'mAbun that I'm successful, you're suconscious we'll go UM. Let melook that up failed at school. The Morins rejectedme. My Dad told me I wasn't going to benothing. My teacher said I'm a failure and that's why my sup conscieus is Gongto believe. That's what it's going to bring up. When I try and say I'msuccessful, that's why someone else has to say itfor you for it's to work for you to believe it. How many times have you told yourfriend go? Do it you can do it you're, so amazing? Oh you sink so prettywhatever it may be, and you believed more in tem than yourself, because it's easier to believe insomeone else than in yourself. Why? Because of your self time, your sof talk is the single thing that needs to change in order to change your life, the key's rapid growth, rapid exchange. You can't do this if you're alwayshaving doubt at the end of your head at the back of your head nothing's goingto work. If all you're listening to us, youcan't do it. No, no, no you're ugly! Seventy ceunt percent of your SAFTBLOKis against you.

What, if you give yourself a thirtypercent race in effectiveness? What can I do to give myself a race ineffectiveness? How can I change myself? Talk for the better start. Tell Yourself Bett, choothhowlong. Are you going to delay success? Youve said you want to do things forthe longest time. How long have you had your goals? How long have you had the desire ofdoing something? Morehow Long? Are you going to delay your success as long as you dolay believing an Yourselfdo to anybody? It's a secret SOLFTAK is the secret to success. It's harder to start doing things because of the boy says we have in ourhead. Then it's actually doing it starting this potcast. For me, four months to begin, I have more than sixty recordedepisodes. I hadn't uploded, the first I have friends who have recordingstudios just like this one. I hadn't done it and by the way, this is the perfectmoment to give a special shadow to the Oul studio for giving me this Tudio today to fill mypodcast anything related to music,...

Arrio, partcast, editing, anything outer related. You can searchup the owl, Studo, honest gram, and you will find the best services in PetoRico by the way, if you're looking to sponsor the spotcast. This would be a great moment to go to and Circo theritha infol a GMA,dotcom and reach out to us, and let us know that you got something that youwant exposure on, because it's Selftalk do you want it say it? Don't let that negative soft talk, stop you from making what you want. Sothere's a two there's two types of Solt talk which one do you think they are positive and negative? You already notthat seventy. Seventy percent of your thoughts, I'm negative self talk. So what can we do now to better? Our self conversation are sotalk, ecause, you're constantly talking to yourself. Don't think that you'recrazy ecause, you taught to yourself. Everyone does, even if you don't admitit, you're always talking to yourself. So softtalk is about the language wesay to ourselves now: What recharch? What W are wetowhat research has also found? Is that not just the words we use, but also thepronols? We use? It's recommended that, instead of referringto ourself as me, and I we would be better using she or her he or him, because you're getting that negetiveself talk out of yourself,...

...you're, not letting your subcalgosblame you you're blaming, you'R Passoff, just every day every moment our oldstory is getting bigger, so blame it on the old story and live in this moment. So we've heard a lot about social distancing right with thiscobet and all. But what about psychological distancing? What about making your bigger picture?biggerpsychological distancing, is a way that we can use some short termabilities to deal with the temptations of negative saltak right with this, with the temptationsof not doing the stuff, we want of not daring. The the key to this is soltalk. So are you willing to pay attention tothe world around you because everyone has an opinion? Everyone has something to say what are you listening to? What are youletting come into your head into your emotional home? Have you ever got mad because someone around you was mad andtheir bibe just reached you when you were sotily mad? That's because of the solt talk, that'sNebal, mirroring you're programmed that way, so listen and look for the pattern...

...that people are coming from whenthey're talking to you. Are they coming from a positive placeor from a negative place. Everything is self talk. Every conversation you have it's having a self talk behind it right, so you must learn how to look for the message behind the words. Where is this person coming from? You cannot listen to everyone iamtelling you this right now, if you didn't know it, you can not listen toeveryone. You shouldn't bee listening to people that come from negative place because it affects you. It affects howyou act, how you dress the things you do the results! You havethe potentia that you have. So what stops you from living the lifeof your dreams, Comon, Realy, what's stopping you? Are you tied to the wall? Do you havehandcoffs on twenty four hours a day that you can't use your hands? What's stopping you? What's stoppingyou from uploading that Bideo to you too? What's stopping you from singingthat song that you want to sing? What's stopping you from going into that business that you knowcan give you some possitive results, what's stopping from launching yourpotcast? What's stopping you from being an influenter physically, nothing, probably, but there's something very real thatstopping...

...and it's yourself it's your self talk every time you want to do somethingyourself talk. Is there so the way for you to to change the salt talk essectiallythrough self talkd, audios right, ecause, we're programmed to think acertain way. You've been in teprocess of programmingyourself since the day you were born, and it's not just yourself. It's yoursurroundings, the people. You know the people, you talk to your teachers, yourmentors, your parents, your brothers, your cousins, everyone is programming, you to think a certain way. Anulas. You don't become conscious andaware of how you're talking to yourself, you not going to see a lot of change. You gonn delay your success until you delay believing in yourself at the end of the day, you are the only things stopping you from being you. It sounds kind of shocking when youthink about it, but it's so true and I'm rinning frommy notes here. I got my journal here and this is, I hope you guys are understanding whereI'm coming from what sof the soft talk. That's notserving you right now, some of mine I'll. Do it later I'll do it tomorrow. I don't know how to do it.

I'm not good enough. I don't knowenough. I'm a bad planner, I'm not sure who's going to like this. If I were listening to my Oln Selftalk,I wouldn't be making this partcast right now and there's a chance. Then you may find value in the wordsI'm saying right, Nowso. How do you define self talk as the eternal dialogue? That's alwayshappening in your head? Even Su consciously softog reveals how you really think in a positive and negative way. The good thing about sof talk is thatd. You can change it yeah. You may have a negative self talknow. We all do you heard the statistics. Seventy sevenpercent of your seventy thousand thoughts are negative and it's okay, it's okay, 'cause! Wecan change it. So it doesn't matter what you bear, but how you bur I right. So are you willing to become aware ofYoursolf talkworking of your softtalk is a lifetime process until you dat,you die you're going to have self talk, but you should know that we can directour footsteps. Offorour success, abuilt, sombition and massion statements...

...that move us into the correct actionneeded for our success. The whole future lises in certaintylive immediately. It's a phrase by Sinega yourself. Talk will determine your success or your failure. I'llleave you with that see you at the next venture.
